We are joined by 3 industry professionals across different stages of the food supply chain including Linda Geggie, Executive Director of the Capital Region Food and Agriculture Initiatives Roundtable (CRFAIR), with a focus on growing and sourcing sustainable food in Victoria, Ken Nakano, Executive Chef of Aura at Inn at Laurel Point speaking on sustainable food systems within the context of food production and consumption at the restaurant, and Rhiannon Moore, Circular Economy Specialist on the Zero Waste Team at the City of Victoria speaking on food waste in the context of hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses within Victoria.
