Content Marketing Specialist

The Content Marketing Specialist holds a key role in the organization, responsible for delivering content that both informs and inspires visitation to Greater Victoria. They will bring a passion for delivering written and visual content that connects with people across digital platforms including website, social media and e-newsletter. The Content Marketing Specialist will be a publisher, analyser and optimizer, as well as a strong collaborator – within the organization, and with partners.

This position is a hybrid role, with a requirement to work in-office at least three times per week, requiring the successful candidate to be located in the Greater Victoria region. It is a permanent full-time position with a salary range between $48,500-$55,000.

Business Research & Analytics Specialist

The Business Research and Analytics Specialist works with the VP Strategy, Research and Membership Services to access, organize, analyze and report on information that supports Destination Greater Victoria (DGV) and its stakeholders with actionable data and research insights. They support the CEO and Executive team with requests for data and information as needed. This position provides insights that inform business development and strategic decisions for the organization, evaluate organizational performance and support teams across the organization by delivering actionable research and analytics outputs.

This position is a hybrid role, with a requirement to work in-office at least three times per week, requiring the successful candidate to be located in the Greater Victoria region. It is a permanent full-time position with a salary range between $59,000 – $65,000.

General Manager, Visitor Services

Join our team as the General Manager, Visitor Services and take the lead in shaping a thriving, customer-focused environment at the Visitor Centre! In this engaging role, you’ll have the opportunity to inspire excellence, drive measurable business success, and foster meaningful relationships with both members and the community. With keen attention to detail, you’ll oversee all aspects of operations, from team development and sales strategies to volunteer engagement and budget management. This is an exciting chance for a results-oriented leader, who enjoys utilizing technology in creative and efficient ways, to make a positive impact in a vibrant, fast-paced industry. A successful candidate for this role is highly organized, passionate about sales, team-building, and delivering top-tier customer service.

This position is in-person working out of the Visitor Centre, requiring the successful candidate to be located in the Greater Victoria Region. It is a full-time position, 35 hours per week, with the occasional need to attend events on evenings and weekends. The salary is between $62,600-$73,550.
